We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from Elaine Field, however, if you are not satisfied with your item(s), you have 14 days upon delivery to return your order for a refund or exchange. Items received outside of this period will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.

If you wish to return your item(s), please notify us via the Elaine Field contact form within 14 days of delivery of the goods. You will need to return any items within a further 14-day period. All returns are processed via DHL. Once contacted, Elaine Field will provide a return form and DHL shipping label. 

The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order as soon as we receive your goods in the original condition with garment tags still attached. This can take up to 14 days to show on your statement.

All products must arrive in an unused condition with Elaine Field labels attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without labels will be refused.

Items bought on sale and not eligible for refunds or exchange.

Elaine Field is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded.
